This keeps track of all activity around your property and alerts you of any anomalies for Example: Suspicious cars, license plates or suspicious people or other repeated activities that can trigger a break in. It analyzes and makes decision to alert you and your neighbors. It is like a virtual cop watching your home all the time and seeks help of neighbors to make decisions in your absence.

“The Problem” - Many cars/other vehicle drive in and out of apartment complexes and other residential complexes like HOA's have rules about un-authorized vehicles parked overnight or for long hours or even days. These rules cannot be enforced since there is no one to monitor these vehicles all the time.

NABER solution solves this problem by reading license plate of cars and detects cars that are un-authorized. It notifies the property manager if cars stay for extended amount of time thus helps enforce the rules (Artificial Intelligence and predictions). Law enforcement and neighbors can work with the data we collected to potentially identify and/or apprehend the anti-social people. With permission from the cities, the devices can be mounted on public spaces to track the activity.

Commercial properties

"The Problem" - Break-in’s can happen late night or when people are away after business hours. A continuous surveillance of the property is necessary and if a event occurs it would be best to have a record of the person/s who broke in.
